Tularik Assays definition

Tularik Assays means those assays designed to discover Compounds, which, as of the Effective Date and from time to time during the period of the Research Program, [ * ] = Certain confidential information contained in this document, marked by brackets, has been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange pursuant to Rule 406 of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. Tularik owns or to which it has rights (with a right to sublicense), as set forth and periodically updated on Exhibit B hereto.
Tularik Assays means those assays designed to discover Program Compounds, which, as of the Effective Date and from time to time during the Research Term, Tularik owns to which it has rights (with a right to sublicense), as set forth and periodically updated on Appendix B hereto.
