TV Access Services definition

TV Access Services shall have the meaning set forth in the Certificate of Incorporation.
TV Access Services means the provision by any Person of network access (irrespective of bandwidth or transmission media, including, without limitation, cable, fiber optics and satellite) to online and/or internet services to end users of the television platform by means of cable or satellite transmission.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee with the Documentation set forth in Attachment B with respect to PC Access Services, and appropriate documentation as Licensor and Licensee mutually deem necessary or desirable upon the addition of TV Access Services and/or Wireless Access Services to the Licensee Interactive Services being provided by Licensee.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.

  • internet access service means a publicly available electronic communications service that provides access to the internet, and thereby connectivity to virtually all end points of the internet, irrespective of the network technology and terminal equipment used.
