Self-service storage facility or "facility" means any real property designed or used for the purpose of renting or leasing individual storage space to tenants who are to have access to that space for the purpose of storing and removing personal property.
Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.
Customer channel termination point means the location where the customer either inputs or receives the communications.
Concurrent Users means the number of users registered in the Software who are able to use the Software functionalities at the same time.
Contractor Group means Contractor, its parent and subsidiary companies as defined by the term “Affiliate,” and its and their respective Subcontractors and contractors of whatever tier and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing.
Individual generation site means the contiguous site at or on which one or more hazardous wastes are generated. An individual generation site, such as a large manufacturing plant, may have one or more sources of hazardous waste but is considered a single or individual generation site if the site or property is contiguous.
Producers means all LBMs, MGAs, brokers, agents, general agents, COLI specialty brokers, broker-dealers, producers or other Persons who market or produce the Policies and who (a) have been appointed by the Company, and (b) are entitled to receive Commissions from the Company.
Insurance producer means a person required to be licensed under the laws of this state to sell, solicit or negotiate insurance, including annuities.

Subprocessors means third parties authorised under these Data Processing Terms to have logical access to and process Customer Personal Data in order to provide parts of the Processor Services and any related technical support.
IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
Captive generating plant means a power plant set up by any person to generate electricity primarily for his own use and includes a power plant set up by any co-operative society or association of persons for generating electricity primarily for use of members of such cooperative society or association;

Vendors means the proposer(s) responding to this RFP and vendor(s) to whom a contract has been awarded as a result of this RFP by SMSD. A responsible vendor is a vendor who has adequate financial resources (or the ability to obtain such resources), can comply with the delivery requirements, and is a qualified and established firm regularly engaged in the type of business that provides the product(s) /service(s) listed herein.
Distributor’s Equipment means the Fittings and Metering Equipment owned by the Distributor, the Distributor’s agent, or any other third party with whom the Distributor has contracted with for the use by the Distributor of the party’s Fittings or Metering Equipment that are from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises;
Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.
Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates;
Shared Transport is defined as local interoffice transmission facilities shared by more than one Carrier, including Qwest, between End Office Switches, between End Office Switches and Tandem Switches (local and Access Tandem Switches), and between Tandem Switches within the Local Calling Area, as described more fully in the Agreement.
Channel migration zone (CMZ) means the area where the active channel of a stream is prone to move and this results in a potential near-term loss of riparian function and associated habitat adjacent to the stream, except as modified by a permanent levee or dike. For this purpose, near-term means the time scale required to grow a mature forest. (See board manual section 2 for descriptions and illustrations of CMZs and delineation guidelines.)
On-Site Generators means generation facilities (including Behind The Meter Generation) that (i) are not Capacity Resources, (ii) are not injecting into the grid, (iii) are either synchronized or non-synchronized to the Transmission System, and (iv) can be used to reduce demand for the purpose of participating in the PJM Interchange Energy Market.
Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.
Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
Local Access and Transport Area (LATA) Shall have the meaning set forth in 47 U.S.C. §153.
Carrier means a person engaged in the transportation of passengers or property by land or water as a common, contract, or private carrier, or by civil aircraft.
Distributors means the authorized distributors, agents, sub-distributors of Quick Heal, selling Quick Heal range of products, including sales through Internet.
Focal point means the entity of a Party referred to in Article 5 responsible for receiving and submitting information as provided for in Articles 13 and 16;
