Tyco International. “Tyco Healthcare” and “Tyco Electronics” in accordance with the provisions set out in Schedule 5.2(a)(1) for Tyco, Schedule 5.2(b)(1) for Healthcare; and Schedule 5.2(b)(3) for Electronics.   • Following the Distribution Date, Tyco shall retain sole responsibility for all benefit obligations and Liabilities under the Tyco International (US) Inc.
