SSAP means a sporting sanctions appeal panel to be appointed to determine an appeal against a deduction of points under Rule 13.
Basic health plan model plan means a health plan as required in RCW 70.47.060(2)(e).
flight plan means specified information provided to air traffic services units, relative to an intended flight or portion of a flight of an aircraft;

Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Classification plan means the orderly arrangement of positions within an agency into separate and distinct job families so that each job family will contain those positions which involve similar or comparable skills, duties and responsibilities [74:840 1.3].
EHC plan means an Education, Health and Care plan made under sections 37(2) of the Children and Families Act 2014.
Parent 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.6(e).
SAP SE means SAP SE, the parent company of SAP.
Service Plan means the Operating Plan and Budget appended as Schedules A and D2a of Schedule D;
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Retiree Health Plan means an "employee welfare benefit plan" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA that provides benefits to individuals after termination of their employment, other than as required by Section 601 of ERISA.
Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).
Buyer 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(h).
Cost allocation plan means central service cost allocation plan, public assistance cost allocation plan, and indirect cost rate proposal. Each of these terms are further defined in this section.

International Plan means any Employee Plan that is not a US Plan.
international voyage means a voyage from a country to which the present Convention applies to a port outside such country, or conversely.
