Local Plan definition

Local Plan means a local or regional public transportation plan(s), which may include adopted policy(ies) that is developed and approved by the Governing Body of a Qualified Entity, Public Transportation Service Provider, or Metropolitan Planning Organization and which includes, at a minimum:
Local Plan or “Plan” means a plan adopted by the Local Mental Health Authority directed by and responsive to the Behavioral Health needs of the community consistent with the requirements identified in ORS 430.630.
Local Plan means a local plan required under 29 USC 2833 as a condition for a grant.

More Definitions of Local Plan

Local Plan means the school safety plan described in IC 20-26-18.2-2(b).
