UK Blocking Regulation definition

UK Blocking Regulation means Regulation (EU) No 2271/96 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 November 1996 protecting against the effects of the extraterritorial application of legislation adopted by a third country, and actions based on or resulting therefrom as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
UK Blocking Regulation means Regulation (EC) 2271/96 as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the EUWA;
UK Blocking Regulation means Council Regulation (EC) 2271/96 as it forms part of domestic law of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union Withdrawal Act 2018;

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, “Basel III Regulation” shall include Part 6 of the European Union regulation 575/2013 on prudential requirements for credit institutions and investment firms (the “CRR”) and any law, regulation, standard, guideline, directive or other publication supplementing or otherwise modifying the CRR.
