UK Debentures definition

UK Debentures means (i) the debenture, dated the Closing Date by and between the Borrower, as chargor and the Collateral Agent and (ii) the debenture, dated April 20, 2015, between US Airways, as chargor and the Collateral Agent, and any subsequent debenture executed and delivered to the Administrative Agent substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.
UK Debentures means the UK First Ranking Debenture, the UK Supplemental Debenture, the UK Second Supplemental Debenture, the UK Third Supplemental Debenture, the UK First Ranking Partnership Debenture, the UK Supplemental Partnership Debenture, the UK Second Supplemental Partnership Debenture and the UK Third Supplemental Partnership Debenture.
UK Debentures means the UK Debenture and the UK Partnership Debenture. “UK Drawing” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.14(b).

  • In addition to all other rights granted hereby and by the UK Debentures, and otherwise by law, subject to the Subordination Agreements, Collateral Agent shall have, with respect to the Collateral, the rights and obligations of a secured party under the UCC.

UK Debentures means the UK Debenture and the UK Partnership Debenture.

  • 2013 Notes means the 4.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2023 and the 5.950% Senior Secured Notes due 2043 issued by the Issuer on March 18, 2013.

  • Other Debentures means all junior subordinated debentures issued by the Guarantor from time to time and sold to trusts to be established by the Guarantor (if any), in each case similar to the Issuer.

  • 2012 Notes means the 5.125% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 issued by the Issuer on July 2, 2012.

  • 2015 Notes means the 8.375% senior notes due 2015 in the principal amounts of $615 million and €500 million issued pursuant to the 2015 Notes Indenture.

  • Debentures has the meaning stated in the first recital of this Indenture.

  • 2017 Notes means the aggregate principal amount of US$600,000,000 of 6.25% Guaranteed Senior Notes Due 2017 issued pursuant to the 2017 Note Indenture.

  • Promissory Notes Security", "Record", "Security Account", "Software", and "Supporting Obligations".

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • 2023 Notes means the 6 7/8% Notes due 2023 issued by NTL pursuant to the 1988 Indenture.
