UK Employees definition

UK Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 7.8(l).
UK Employees means six (6) employees of Seller or its Subsidiaries located in the United Kingdom as of the date hereof and specifically noted in the confidential letter provided to Purchaser pursuant to Section 2.15(a).
UK Employees means the employees who transfer to Xxxxxx Brothers Asset Management (Europe) Limited as a result of the transactions contemplated by the Sale Agreement between Xxxxxx Brothers Holdings plc, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxx Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx (as joint administrators), Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Group LLC and NBEH Limited dated on or about May 5, 2009, as listed on schedule 3 of that agreement.

Examples of UK Employees in a sentence

  • No UK Employees or UK Workers earning over £45,000 or Irish Employees or Workers earning over EUR40,000 (i) have given notice terminating his or her contract of employment or engagement, or (ii) are under notice of termination for any reason.

  • For adoptions within the UK Employees must notify their manager/ head teacher of their intention to take Adoption leave within 7 days of being notified by their Adoption agency that they have been placed with a child for adoption, unless this is not reasonably practicable.

  • Ten (10) days prior to the Closing Date, the Seller Parent will deliver to the Buyer Parent an updated Schedule 3.7(a) except that such updated schedule shall include the UK Employees by name.

More Definitions of UK Employees

UK Employees means those individuals who are employed by Unipath Limited or Unipath Management Limited as at Completion;
UK Employees means any Relevant Employees or Dedicated Services Employees who are based in the United Kingdom;
