UK MiFIR Product Governance Rules has the meaning specified in Clause 4.06;
UK MiFIR Product Governance Rules means the FCA Handbook Product Intervention and Product Governance Sourcebook;
UK MiFIR Product Governance Rules means the FCA Handbook Product Intervention and Product Governance Sourcebook; "VAT" and "Value Added Tax" means (i) value added tax levied in accordance with Directive 2006/112/EC as implemented in the laws of the relevant Member State and (ii) any tax of a similar nature levied by reference to added value, sales and/or consumption;
