UK Revolving Loans definition

UK Revolving Loans means the revolving loans made by the Lenders to the U.S. Borrower or the U.K. Borrower pursuant to clause (v) of Section 2.01.
UK Revolving Loans has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.1(c).
UK Revolving Loans means the Loans made by Lenders to United Glass pursuant to subsection 2.1C.

  • UK Borrowers agrees to establish and maintain the UK Designated Account with the UK Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the UK Revolving Loans requested by UK Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder.

UK Revolving Loans means the revolving loans made by the Lenders to the U.S. Borrower or the U.K. Borrower pursuant to clause (iv) of Section 2.01.
