Ratable Loan definition

Ratable Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.01(b).
Ratable Loan means a Loan made by a Lender pursuant to Section 2.2 hereof.
Ratable Loan means a Loan made by a Bank pursuant to its commitment to lend set forth in Section 2.1 (or any conversion or continuation thereof).

"Reportable Event" means any of the events set forth in Section 4043(c) of ERISA, other than events for which the 30-day notice period has been waived. "Reserve Requirement" means, with respect to a Eurodollar Interest Period, the maximum aggregate reserve requirement (including all basic, supplemental, marginal and other reserves) which is imposed under Regulation D on eurocurrency liabilities (as defined in Regulation D). The Reserve Requirement shall be adjusted automatically on and as of the effective date of any change in the applicable reserve requirement. "S&P" means Standard & Poor's Ratings Services, a division of The XxXxxx-Xxxx Companies, Inc. and any successor thereto that is a nationally- recognized rating agency. Related to Ratable Loan

  • Non-Ratable Loan and “Non-Ratable Loans” have the meanings specified in Section 1.2(h).
