UL Requirements definition

UL Requirements means, solely for the purposes of these Follow-Up Service Terms, any requirements imposed by UL Contracting Party including without limitation the description, specifications and requirements contained in the Follow- Up Service Procedure, Underwriters Laboratories Inc. or other local, regional or internationally recognized standard or standards, if any, applicable from time to time to the Covered Product or its Product Category, and the performance requirements applied as a condition of Subscriber’s Use of the UL Mark.
UL Requirements in the Product Investigation Service Terms includes all of the certification and technical requirements applicable to the Radio And Telecommunications Certification Body Programs.
UL Requirements means, solely for the purposes of these Follow-Up Service Terms, any requirements imposed by UL Solutions Contracting Party including without limitation the description,

Examples of UL Requirements in a sentence

  • Components not accepted by UL Contracting Party must be separately tested by UL Contracting Party to determine compliance with the UL Requirements.

  • Subscriber agrees to take appropriate action to respond to such complaints and any noncompliance with UL Requirements and keep record of such actions.

  • Client agrees to make available to ULC for inspection and copying all documents and other information related to the above, keep a record of all complaints made known to the Client relating to the covered Field Evaluated Product in compliance with UL Requirements and to make these records available to ULC when requested.

  • Subscriber agrees to make available to UL Contracting Party for inspection and copying all documents, test results and other information related to (i)-(iii) above, keep a record of all complaints made known to the Subscriber relating to any Covered Product in compliance with UL Requirements and to make these records available to UL Contracting Party when requested.

  • UL Contracting Party may, from time to time, examine the Subscriber’s management system and production records as part of the check on the means that the Manufacturer is using to determine the continued conformity of the Covered Product to UL Requirements.

Related to UL Requirements

  • MREL Requirements means the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities applicable to the Issuer and/or the Group, from time to time, (including any applicable transitional or grandfathering provisions), including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, any delegated or implementing acts (such as regulatory technical standards) adopted by the European Commission and any regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards and policies relating to minimum requirements for own funds and eligible liabilities adopted by the Federal Republic of Germany or the Republic of Italy, a relevant resolution authority or the European Banking Authority from time to time (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer and/or the Group), as any of the preceding laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines, rules, standards, policies or interpretations may be amended, supplemented, superseded or replaced from time to time.

  • MREL Requirement means the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities which is or, as the case may be, will be applicable to the Issuer;

  • Operational requirements means the need to ensure that the Agency is to be operated as effectively, efficiently and economically as possible.

  • Capital Requirements means, as to any person, any matter, directly or indirectly, (i) regarding capital adequacy, capital ratios, capital requirements, the calculation of such person’s capital or similar matters, or (ii) affecting the amount of capital required to be obtained or maintained by such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), or the manner in which such person or any person controlling such person (including any direct or indirect holding company), allocates capital to any of its contingent liabilities (including letters of credit), advances, acceptances, commitments, assets or liabilities.

  • Governmental Requirements means all judgments, orders, writs, injunctions, decrees, awards, laws, ordinances, statutes, regulations, rules, franchises, permits, certificates, licenses, authorizations and the like and any other requirements of any government or any commission, board, court, agency, instrumentality or political subdivision thereof.
