Umbrella Letter definition

Umbrella Letter means the umbrella letter dated 13 December 2017 between, among others, ING and Deutsche Bank AG, Singapore Branch as initial secured lenders and the Company as borrower (as amended from time to time) relating to certain existing uncommitted trade finance facilities, which facilities will cease with effect from the Restructuring Effective Date, and all outstanding letters of credit and other instruments issued under it which will be rolled into the New Trade Finance Facility.
