Unattached Order means an Order that relates to or is referenced to a proposed Transaction that will come into effect if and when the Order is executed;

Unattached Order means an Order that relates to or is referenced to a proposed Transaction that will come into effect if and when the Order is executed. Undated Buy Transaction means a Transaction with an indefinite contract period that is not capable of expiring automatically.
