Vendor shall not procure: (i) Military equipment; (ii) Surveillance equipment; (iii) Commodities and services for support of police or other law enforcement activities;(iv) Abortion equipment and services;(v) Luxury goods and gambling equipment, or (vi) Weather modification equipment.
The recipient must not, under any circumstances, procure any of the following under this award: Military equipment, Surveillance equipment, Commodities and services for support of police or other law enforcement activities, Abortion equipment and services, Luxury goods and gambling equipment, or Weather modification equipment.
Military equipment shall be identified in terms of Line Replaceable Unit(s) (LRU) and Shop Replaceable Unit (SRU).
Under no circumstances shall the Cooperator procure any of the following under this Agreement: Military equipment, Surveillance equipment, Commodities and services for support of police or other law enforcement activities, Abortion equipment and services, Luxury goods and gambling equipment, or Weather modification equipment.
Military equipment or personnel may be used for scientific research or any other peaceful purpose.
