Examples of unauthorized expenditure in a sentence

  • If, at any time during the term of this Agreement, the Agency expends any portion of the Funds for a purpose that is inconsistent with these Funding Standards (hereinafter referred to as an “Unauthorized Expenditure”), the Agency shall immediately reimburse the County for the entire amount of the Unauthorized Expenditure.

  • Unauthorized Access means the entrance of a person into a restricted area without permission of the operator or the operator’s designated representative.

  • Unauthorized signature means one made without actual, implied, or apparent authority and includes a forgery.

  • Substantial improvement means any combination of repairs, reconstruction, rehabilitation, addition, or other improvement of a structure, taking place during any one-year period for which the cost equals or exceeds 50 percent of the market value of the structure before the “start of construction” of the improvement. This term includes structures which have incurred “substantial damage”, regardless of the actual repair work performed. The term does not, however, include either:
