Unauthorized person or trespasser means a person who:
Unauthorized signature means one made without actual, implied, or apparent authority and includes a forgery.
Authorized Person means any Officer or person who has been designated as such by written notice and named in Exhibit A and delivered to the Custodian by the Trust, or if the Trust has notified the Custodian in writing that it has an authorized investment manager or other agent, delivered to the Custodian by the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent. Such Officer or person shall continue to be an Authorized Person until such time as the Custodian receives Written Instructions from the Trust or the Trust’s investment advisor or other agent that any such person is no longer an Authorized Person.
Unauthorized Use means either of the following:
Improper influence means any influence that induces or tends to induce a PHA/IHA employee or officer to give consideration or to act regarding a PHA/IHA contract on any basis other than the merits of the matter.
Authorized Personnel means the employees of the Licensee and personnel from third parties who work on behalf of the Licensee under a contract (which shall include confidentiality clause) entered into and between the Licensee and the third party.
Allegation means any written or oral statement or other indication of possible scholarly misconduct made to an institutional official.
unauthorised transaction means a transaction that is not authorised by a user
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Passive NFFE means any NFFE that is not (i) an Active NFFE, or (ii) a withholding foreign partnership or withholding foreign trust pursuant to relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
