Uncertificated Warrant definition

Uncertificated Warrant means any Warrant which is not a Certificated Warrant;

Uncertificated Warrant means any Warrant that is not a Certificated Warrant, including DRS Advices;

Uncertificated Warrant means any Warrant that is not a Certificated Warrant;

Examples of Uncertificated Warrant in a sentence

• Such Authentication shall be conclusive evidence that such Uncertificated Warrant has been duly issued hereunder and that the holder or holders are entitled to the benefits of this Indenture.

• Upon compliance with such requirements, the Warrant Agent shall issue to the transferee of a Warrant Certificate, a Warrant Certificate and to the transferee of an Uncertificated Warrant, an Uncertificated Warrant, or the Warrant Agent shall Authenticate and deliver a Warrant Certificate upon request that part of the CDS Global Warrant be certificated.

More Definitions of Uncertificated Warrant

Uncertificated Warrant means any Warrant which is issued under the Book-Based System;

Uncertificated Warrant means any Warrant which is not issued as part of a Warrant Certificate;
