Special Warrant Certificate definition

Special Warrant Certificate means a certificate evidencing one or more Special Warrants issuable hereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Schedule "A";

Special Warrant Certificate means a certificate representing Special Warrants;

Special Warrant Certificate means a certificate in substantially the form set forth in Schedule “A”, issued on or after the Effective Date to evidence the Special Warrants;
