Uncollected Amounts means any APSN Fees or other amounts that Class Members owe to Defendant on an Account that has been closed during the period from five
Uncollected Amounts means the amount of one million seven hundred thousand dollars ($1,700,000.00) in APSN Fees and Retry Fees or other amounts that Class Members owe to Defendant and that remain unpaid on Class Members’ Accounts that were closed with a negative balance on or before the date this Agreement is fully executed, as identified by the Parties based on review and analysis of Defendant’s reasonably accessible data and information.
Uncollected Amounts shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 3.3(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Uncollected Amounts

Uncollected Amounts means, with respect to any Performance Period, the amount of any revenue taken into consideration in the calculation of such Gross Profit for which the payment therefor remains uncollected and past due for a period of at least 90 days and for which the applicable payor (or any applicable guarantor) is not a creditworthy counterparty, as reasonably determined by Purchaser (provided that any counterparty with an investment grade credit rating from Standard and Poor’s or Xxxxx’x shall be deemed creditworthy).
Uncollected Amounts means amounts that have remained unpaid for more than 12 months.

  • Undisputed Amounts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.04(c)(iii).
