Uncured Continuing Event of Default definition

Uncured Continuing Event of Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default (as provided for herein) that has not been cured by the Company on or before the expiration of the applicable cure period or has not otherwise been waived or consented to by the Secured Party.
Uncured Continuing Event of Default means the occurrence of an Event of Default that has not been cured by the Company on or before the expiration of the applicable cure period or has not otherwise been waived or consented to by the Secured Party.
