Underlying Common Shares definition

Underlying Common Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable or issued upon conversion of the Purchase Shares.

More Definitions of Underlying Common Shares

Underlying Common Shares means the Conversion Shares, the Dividend Shares and the Warrant Shares.
