Underlying Policies means the policies identified in Items 4.(A) and 4.(B) of the Declarations.

During the notification period, the Ceding Company may continue to cede and Generali USA will continue to accept pursuant Article I Underlying Policies covered under the terms of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Underlying Policies

Underlying Policies means the Primary Policy and all policies providing indemnity in excess of the Primary Policy up to the Underlying Limit of Indemnity specified in the Schedule.
