Understanding definition

Understanding means any contract, agreement, understanding, commitment or offer, whether oral or written, which may become a binding obligation if accepted by another Person.
Understanding shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.5.
Understanding physics basically means being able to recall something you've read or been shown.
