Unexpired Leases definition

Unexpired Leases means a lease to which any Debtor is a party that is subject to assumption or rejection under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.
Unexpired Leases means leases to which one or more of the Debtors are a party that is subject to assumption or rejection under section 365 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Modifications, amendments, supplements, and restatements to prepetition Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases that have been executed by the Debtors during the Chapter 11 Cases shall not be deemed to alter the prepetition nature of the Executory Contract or Unexpired Lease, or the validity, priority, or amount of any Claims that may arise in connection therewith.

  • Accordingly, such contracts and leases (including any assumed Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases) will survive and remain unaffected by entry of the Confirmation Order.
