Unforeseen means not anticipated or expected and occurring after the effective date of coverage.
Extraordinary Events Any of the following conditions with respect to a Mortgaged Property (or, with respect to a Cooperative Loan, the Cooperative Apartment) or Mortgage Loan causing or resulting in a loss which causes the liquidation of such Mortgage Loan:
Acute condition means that the individual is medically unstable. Such an individual requires frequent monitoring by medical professionals, such as physicians and registered nurses, in order to maintain his or her health status.
Abnormal Condition means any condition on the Interconnection Facilities which, determined in accordance with Good Utility Practice, is: (i) outside normal operating parameters such that facilities are operating outside their normal ratings or that reasonable operating limits have been exceeded; and (ii) could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the safe and reliable operation of the Interconnection Facilities; but which, in any case, could reasonably be expected to result in an Emergency Condition. Any condition or situation that results from lack of sufficient generating capacity to meet load requirements or that results solely from economic conditions shall not, standing alone, constitute an Abnormal Condition.
Extenuating Circumstances means the inability to perform at an optimum level arising from one or more of the reasons set out in clause 6.1.
Force Majeure Events means acts of war, domestic and/or international terrorism, civil riots or rebellions, quarantines, embargoes and other similar unusual governmental actions, extraordinary elements of nature or acts of God.
Congenital Condition(s) means (a) any medical, physical or mental abnormalities existed at the time of or before birth, whether or not being manifested, diagnosed or known at birth; or (b) any neo-natal abnormalities developed within six (6) months of birth.
Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.

Reference Interest Rate Transition Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events with respect to the then-current Reference Interest Rate:
Predictive emissions monitoring system or "PEMS" means all of the equipment necessary to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and calculate and record the mass emissions rate (for example, pounds per hour) on a continuous basis.
restrictive condition means any condition registered against the title deed of land restricting the use, development or subdivision of the land concerned:
Extreme Vetting means data mining, threat modeling, predictive risk analysis, or other similar services." Extreme Vetting does not include:
Cognitive Impairment means a deficiency in a person’s short-term or long-term memory; orientation as to person, place, and time; deductive or abstract reasoning; or judgment as it relates to safety awareness.
