Joint Site Investigation definition

Joint Site Investigation is a site investigation attended by the Risk/Reward Team during the Validation Phase for the purpose of reviewing existing information and investigating the Project site to identify deficiencies and discrepancies, and to determine the extent of any additional investigations or testing required for proper design and construction.
Joint Site Investigation has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.

  • As part of the Validation Study, the Owner and Risk/Reward Team members will conduct the Joint Site Investigation at or concerning the Project site to review all existing site information; perform investigations and surveys; document all site-related information needed to design and construct the Project; verify existing conditions within the Project site, including all points of connection; location of all utilities; and the accuracy of existing surveys and other documentation provided by the Owner.

  • If a Party has participated in the Joint Site Investigation, it may rely upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Owner, to the extent that it is not contradicted by the Joint Site Investigation or any additional documents created or arising out of the Joint Site Investigation.

  • Throughout all Phases of the Project, the IPD Team shall carefully study and compare the Construction Documents with each other, with the report of the Joint Site Investigation, and any information furnished by Owner as provided elsewhere in the Contract Documents and shall immediately report to Architect and Owner in writing any errors, inconsistencies or omissions discovered.

  • The Core Group shall develop a plan for developing the scope of preconstruction investigations at or concerning the Site (collectively, "Joint Site Investigation").

  • Conditions will not be qualified as concealed or unknown if they were readily visible or readily accessible in performance of the Joint Site Investigation.

  • Risk/Reward Team Members that participated in the Joint Site Investigation may rely upon the completeness and accuracy of the information provided by the Owner to the extent that it is not contradicted by the Joint Site Investigation or any additional documents and reports provided by Owner.

  • The Owner and R/R Members will conduct a Joint Site Investigation to review all existing site information; perform certain investigations and surveys; document all site-related information needed to develop the Construction Documents; verify existing conditions within the Project site and the accuracy of existing as-built documents provided by the Owner; and gain information necessary for proper development of the design and construction of the Project.

Related to Joint Site Investigation

  • Site investigation means the collection and evaluation of data adequate to determine whether or not discharged contaminants exist at a site or have migrated or are migrating from the site at levels in excess of the applicable remediation standards. A site investigation shall be developed based upon the information collected pursuant to the preliminary assessment;

  • Background investigation means the investigation conducted by a licensee or applicant to support the determination of trustworthiness and reliability.

  • clinical investigation means any systematic investigation in one or more human subjects, undertaken to assess the safety or performance of a device;

  • Joint Know-How has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.2.

  • Program Know-How means Information, whether or not patentable, that is conceived, generated, discovered, or created by one or both Parties or their Affiliates, or by any Third Party working on behalf of one or both Parties or their Affiliates, at any time during the Research Program Term as a direct result of the performance of the activities under the Research Program. Program Know-How shall include Results and Program Inventions and shall exclude Program Patents.

  • Complaint Investigation means an investigation of any complaint that has been made to a proper authority that is not covered by an abuse investigation.

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].

  • Remedial investigation means a process to determine the nature and extent of a discharge of a contaminant at a site or a discharge of a contaminant that has migrated or is migrating from the site and the problems presented by a discharge, and may include data collected, site characterization, sampling, monitoring, and the gathering of any other sufficient and relevant information necessary to determine the necessity for remedial action and to support the evaluation of remedial actions if necessary;

  • Investigative information means information, records, and documents received or generated by a physical therapy licensing board pursuant to an investigation.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Private investigator means any individual who engages in the business of, or accepts employment

  • Product Know-How means Know-How to the extent related to the properties, manufacture or use of any products.

  • Current significant investigative information means investigative information that a licensing board, after an inquiry or investigation that includes notification and an opportunity for the audiologist or speech-language pathologist to respond, if required by state law, has reason to believe is not groundless and, if proved true, would indicate more than a minor infraction.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • Licensor Know-How means any and all Know-How that (a) is Controlled by Licensor or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or at any time thereafter during the Term and (b) pertains to the Manufacture, use or sale of Licensed Products, including Research Inventions (other than Research Patents).

  • Investigational Product means the Study Drug identified above and the control material, as further detailed in the Protocol;

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Environmental Report The environmental audit report or reports with respect to each Mortgaged Property delivered to the related Mortgage Loan Seller in connection with the origination or acquisition of the related Mortgage Loan.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Licensed Know-How means any and all unpatented and/or non-patentable technical data, documents, materials, samples and other information and know‐how that is Controlled by LICENSOR or any of its Affiliates as of the Effective Date or thereafter during the Term that relates to, or is otherwise reasonably necessary or reasonably useful for, the use, Development, manufacture, or Commercialization of the Product. Licensed Know-How shall not include Licensed Patents.

  • Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.

  • Regulatory Materials means regulatory applications, submissions, notifications, registrations, Marketing Authorizations or other written materials, correspondence, submissions made to or with a Regulatory Authority that are necessary or reasonably desirable in order to Develop, Manufacture or Commercialize the Licensed Products in the Field in a particular country.

  • Controlled technical information means technical information with military or space application that is subject to controls on the access, use, reproduction, modification, performance, display, release, disclosure, or dissemination. Controlled technical information would meet the criteria, if disseminated, for distribution statements B through F using the criteria set forth in DoD Instruction 5230.24, Distribution Statements on Technical Documents. The term does not include information that is lawfully publicly available without restrictions.

  • Hazardous Materials Contamination means contamination (whether now existing or hereafter occurring) of the improvements, buildings, facilities, personalty, soil, groundwater, air or other elements on or of the relevant property by Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, or on or of any other property as a result of Hazardous Materials, or any derivatives thereof, generated on, emanating from or disposed of in connection with the relevant property.

  • Regulatory Documentation means, with respect to the Compounds, all submissions to Regulatory Authorities in connection with the development of such Compounds, including all INDs and amendments thereto, NDAs and amendments thereto, drug master files, correspondence with regulatory agencies, periodic safety update reports, adverse event files, complaint files, inspection reports and manufacturing records, in each case together with all supporting documents (including documents that include Clinical Data).
