Unfunded Swaps definition

Unfunded Swaps means unfunded index swaps, foreign exchange swaps, total return swaps, currency swaps, cross-currency swaps, excess-return swaps, cross-currency asset swaps, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, inflation swaps and / or other asset swaps and / or options on such contracts (called swaptions) in each case for the purpose of gaining economic exposure to an asset class, or a combination of asset classes, as described in the investment policy of a Fund and in furtherance of its investment objective.

Related to Unfunded Swaps

  • Unfunded Amount means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate Exposure Amount at such time plus (ii) the aggregate Unsettled Amount at such time.

  • Unfunded Exposure Shortfall means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to the greater of (x) 0 and (y) the aggregate Unfunded Exposure Amount minus the amounts on deposit in the Unfunded Exposure Account.

  • Aggregate Unfunded Spread As of any Measurement Date, the sum of the products obtained by multiplying (i) for each Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation (other than Defaulted Obligations), the related commitment fee rate then in effect as of such date and (ii) the undrawn commitments of each such Delayed Drawdown Collateral Obligation and Revolving Collateral Obligation as of such date.

  • Unfunded Pension Liabilities means the excess of a Plan’s benefit liabilities under Section 4001(a)(16) of ERISA, over the current value of that Plan’s assets, determined in accordance with the assumptions used by the Plan’s actuaries for funding the Plan pursuant to Section 412 of the Code for the applicable plan year.

  • Unfunded Exposure Amount means, as of any date of determination, with respect to a Delayed Draw Loan Asset or a Revolving Loan, as applicable, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of all unfunded commitments associated with such Loan Asset as of such date.
