  • References to “Unilever” or “Unilever group” mean Unilever PLC, Unilever N.V. and any company or partnership from time to time in which either or both directly or indirectly owns or controls the voting rights attached to not less than 50% of the issued ordinary share capital, or controls directly or indirectly the appointment of a majority of the board.

  • Purchaser’s Group means the Purchaser and its Affiliates from time to time;

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • Terminated Transaction means the Transaction terminated in accordance with Section 5.2 of this Agreement.
