Unimproved Unit definition

Unimproved Unit means a vacant Unit with no Living Unit or completed structure built upon it.
Unimproved Unit means a Unit upon which a residence has not yet been constructed to the extent that it is occupiable as a dwelling;
Unimproved Unit means a Unit to which either no construction has been commenced, or construction has commenced but has not yet been completed;

Examples of Unimproved Unit in a sentence

  • The Developer of an Unimproved Unit shall not be responsible for the payment of Common Expenses or assessments until the Unit is ready for occupancy as determined by the Developer, or until transfers of title of not less than 75% of the Units in the Building have been effected to third parties.

  • Improved Units shall pay General Assessments (as of the beginning of the fiscal year following the issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Improved Unit) equal to three (3) times the General Assessment payable by the Owner of an Unimproved Unit.

  • Improved Units shall pay Special Assessments levied under this subparagraph (a) equal to three (3) times the Special Assessment levied against an Unimproved Unit hereunder.

  • In the event that an Unimproved Unit has been improved but has not had a Certificate of Occupancy issued thereof, the Declarant may, subject to the Right of Repurchase pursuant to Article 11 hereof, enter upon the property and complete the improvements required for the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy therefor and charge to the Owner the costs incurred thereby (including hard and soft costs) as a Special Assessment and thereafter the property shall be assessed as an Improved Unit.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Supplemental Assessments shall not be subject to the limitation requiring Improved Units to pay assessments equal to three (3) times the Special Assessment levied against an Unimproved Unit hereunder.

Unimproved Unit means a Unit created under the provisions of the Act that is not a Dwelling Unit.

Related to Unimproved Unit

  • Unimproved Real Property means Property in which the Company has an equity interest that was not acquired for the purpose of producing rental or other operating income, that has no development or construction in process and for which no development or construction is planned, in good faith, to commence within one (1) year.

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Partnership Property means any property, real, personal or mixed, or any interest therein or appurtenant thereto which may be owned or acquired by the Partnership.

  • Partnership Unit means a fractional, undivided share of the Partnership Interests of all Partners issued hereunder. The allocation of Partnership Units among the Partners shall be as set forth on Exhibit A, as may be amended from time to time.

  • Contributed Property means each property or other asset, in such form as may be permitted by the Delaware Act, but excluding cash, contributed to the Partnership. Once the Carrying Value of a Contributed Property is adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d), such property shall no longer constitute a Contributed Property, but shall be deemed an Adjusted Property.

  • Adjusted Property means any property the Carrying Value of which has been adjusted pursuant to Section 5.5(d).

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Single-family dwelling unit means a structure that is usually occupied by just one household or family and for the purposes of this Policy is expected to generate an average of 250 gallons per day of wastewater.

  • Dwelling unit means a single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for one or more persons, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking and sanitation.

  • Accessory dwelling unit means a habitable living unit added to, created within, or detached from a primary single-family dwelling and contained on one lot.

  • Undeveloped Property means all Assessor’s Parcels of Taxable Property which are not Developed Property.

  • Property Value means the aggregate fair value of the properties (land and buildings) held by the Group according to the latest consolidated Financial Report, adjusted for any investments in and depreciations of the properties, respectively, during the period starting on the day falling immediately after the last day of the period covered by the latest consolidated Financial Report and ending on the relevant Record Date.

  • Operating Unit means, for purposes of this part, primary and constituent operating units designated as such in the Department Order Series of the De- partment of Commerce and, in addi- tion, the Office of the Secretary.

  • Management Unit means an area established by the Commission for management purposes.

  • Undeveloped Land means (i) land owned in fee by the Company or any Subsidiary as of December 31, 2016 which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, (ii) land acquired by the Company or any Subsidiary subsequent to December 31, 2016 pursuant to a Code section 1031 like-kind exchange (in exchange for land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition) which at the time of determination has not been developed for commercial or residential purposes, or (iii) capital stock or other equity interests of a Subsidiary which owns as its principal asset, directly or indirectly, Undeveloped Land described in clause (i) or (ii) of this definition.

  • Economic Development Property means those items of real and tangible personal property of the Project which are eligible for inclusion as economic development property under the FILOT Act and this Fee Agreement, and selected and identified by the Company or any Sponsor Affiliate in its annual filing of a SCDOR PT-300S or comparable form with the Department (as such filing may be amended from time to time) for each year within the Investment Period.

  • Improved Property means any property upon which there is erected a structure intended for continuous or periodic habitation, occupancy or use by human beings or animals and from which structure Sanitary Sewage and/or Industrial Wastes shall be or may be discharged.

  • Blighted property means property that meets any of the following criteria:

  • Development Property means a Property currently under development for use as an office or industrial building that has not become a Stabilized Property, or on which the improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development have not been completed, provided that such a Development Property on which all improvements (other than tenant improvements on unoccupied space) related to the development of such Property have been completed for at least twelve (12) months shall cease to constitute a Development Property notwithstanding the fact that such Property has not become a Stabilized Property.
