Unit Distribution Date means a date or dates established pursuant to the Liquidating Trust Agreement or otherwise determined by the Liquidating Trust Board, as of which a distribution of Units shall be made to Liquidating Trust Unit Beneficiaries that are holders of Disputed Claims that became Allowed, in whole or in part.
