Unit Equipment definition

Unit Equipment means all personal property, Lease and well equipment, plants, platforms and other facilities and equipment used, taken over or otherwise acquired for use in Unit Operations.
Unit Equipment means all fixtures, fittings, furniture, equipment and assets of whatever nature, including crockery, cutlery and linen, which are or will be required for use in the Units, a schedule of which is annexed hereto marked "TUE", and which Unit Equipment may be changed and/or replaced by the Directors as they in their sole discretion think fit from time to time;
Unit Equipment means any and all improvements, repairs, alterations and all other property attached to or otherwise installed as a fixture within the Premises by Landlord or Tenant and any exterior trash compactors that may be located on the Premises.

  • When the resignation or removal of the Unit Operator becomes effective, the Unit Operator shall relinquish possession of all Unit Equipment, artificial islands, ▇▇▇▇▇, installations, devices, records, and any other assets used for conducting Unit Operations, whether or not located in the Unit Area, to the successor Unit Operator.

  • The transferees, in proportion to the respective interests so acquired, shall pay transferor, for its interest in Unit Equipment, the net salvage value thereof as estimated and fixed by Working Interest Owners.

Related to Unit Equipment

  • BT Equipment means any equipment, including any Software, owned by or licensed to BT Group that is located at a Site for the provision of a Service.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.
