When the resignation or removal of the Unit Operator becomes effective, the Unit Operator shall relinquish possession of all Unit Equipment, artificial islands, ▇▇▇▇▇, installations, devices, records, and any other assets used for conducting Unit Operations, whether or not located in the Unit Area, to the successor Unit Operator.
The transferees, in proportion to the respective interests so acquired, shall pay transferor, for its interest in Unit Equipment, the net salvage value thereof as estimated and fixed by Working Interest Owners.
