Unitized Substances definition

Unitized Substances means all oil, gas, and associated substances produced from the Unit Area.
Unitized Substances means all oil, gas and associated substances, as those terms are defined in the Leases, produced from the Leases within the Unit Area.
Unitized Substances means all oil, gas, gaseous substances, sulphur contained in gas, condensate, distillate and all associated and constituent liquid or liquefiable hydrocarbons produced from the Unitized Formation.

  • Said schedule (or schedules) shall also set forth the percentage of Unitized Substances to be allocated, as herein provided, to each tract in the Participating Area (or Areas), and shall govern the allocation of production, commencing with the effective date of the Participating Area.

  • The effective date of any Participating Area established after the commencement of actual production of Unitized Substances shall be the first of the month in which is obtained the knowledge or information on which the establishment of said Participating Area is based, unless a more appropriate effective date is proposed by the Unit Operator and approved by the authorized officer.

  • Each Lease and any other agreement or instrument relating to the Unitized Zone or Unitized Substances is hereby amended only to the extent necessary to make it conform to this Agreement.

  • The proceeds of the Unitized Substances so disposed of by Unit Operator shall be paid to the party entitled thereto.

  • The Unit Operator will maintain records, and will keep and have in its possession, books and records including expense records, of all exploration, development, production, and disposition of all Unitized Substances and substances from outside the Unit Area that are injected into the unit, Unitized Substances that are injected outside the unit, and substances injected into a Participating Area that were produced outside the Participating Area.

  • Royalties, whether paid in-kind or in-value, must be free and clear of all Lease expenses, unit expenses, and Participating Area Expenses including, but not limited to, separating, cleaning, dehydration, saltwater removal, processing, compression, pumping, manufacturing, preparing production for transportation off the Unit Area, and gathering and transportation costs incurred before the Unitized Substances are delivered to a common carrier.

  • Notwithstanding clause 401, only Unitized Substances shall be injected into the Unitized Zone.


More Definitions of Unitized Substances

Unitized Substances means Gas in or obtained from the Unitized Zone both before and after it has been subject to any processing;
Unitized Substances means any substance agreed to by the Parties to be injected into the Unitized Zone subject to any and all approvals by the Regulator;
Unitized Substances means all Oil, Gas and Natural Gas Liquids produced, saved and sold from the Unit Area.
Unitized Substances means the minerals produced from OCS submerged lands in accordance with a unit agreement.
Unitized Substances means all oil, gas and associated substances produced from the Unit Area.

  • Regulated Substances means pollutants, contaminants, hazardous or toxic substances, compounds or related materials or chemicals, hazardous materials, hazardous waste, flammable explosives, radon, radioactive materials, asbestos, urea formaldehyde foam insulation, polychlorinated biphenyls, petroleum and petroleum products (including, but not limited to, waste petroleum and petroleum products) as regulated under applicable Environmental Laws.

  • Controlled substances means those substances identified in 49 CFR 40.85. “CCF” means the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form.

  • Substances means chemical elements and their compounds in the natural state or obtained by any production process, including any additive necessary to preserve the stability of the products and any impurity deriving from the process used, but excluding any solvent which may be separated without affecting the stability of the substance or changing its composition;

  • scheduled substance means any medicine or other substance included in any Schedule to the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 2003 (Act No. 13 of 2003);

  • Petroleum Substances means petroleum, natural gas, natural gas liquids, related hydrocarbons and any and all other substances, whether liquid, solid or gaseous, whether hydrocarbons or not, produced or producible in association with any of the foregoing.

  • Hazardous Substances means any substances defined or designated as hazardous or toxic waste, hazardous or toxic material, hazardous or toxic substance or similar term, by any environmental statute, rule or regulation of any governmental entity presently in effect and applicable to such real property.

  • Regulated substance means any substance, material or waste the use, generation, handling, storage, treatment or disposal of which is regulated by any local or state government authority, including any of the same designated by any authority as hazardous, genetic, cloning, fetal, or embryonic.

  • Chemical substance means a substance intended to be used as a precursor in the manufacture of a controlled substance or any other chemical intended to be used in the manufacture of a controlled substance. Intent under this subsection may be demonstrated by the substance's use, quantity, manner of storage, or proximity to other precursors or to manufacturing equipment.

  • Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances or “PFAS” means a class of fluorinated organic chemicals containing at least one fully fluorinated carbon atom.

  • Controlled substance means a controlled substance in schedules I through V of Section 202 of the Controlled Substances Act (2l U.S.C. 8l2) and as further defined in regulation at 2l CFR l308.ll-l308.l5.

  • Wastes means and includes any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, liquid, substance or material (including petroleum products and derivatives), the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Hazardous Materials means all explosive or radioactive substances or wastes and all hazardous or toxic substances, wastes or other pollutants, including petroleum or petroleum distillates, asbestos or asbestos-containing materials, polychlorinated biphenyls, radon gas, infectious or medical wastes and all other substances or wastes of any nature regulated pursuant to any Environmental Law.

  • Chemical Storage Facility means a building, portion of a building, or exterior area adjacent to a building used for the storage of any chemical or chemically reactive products.

  • Oil and Gas Properties means (a) Hydrocarbon Interests; (b) the Properties now or hereafter pooled or unitized with Hydrocarbon Interests; (c) all presently existing or future unitization, pooling agreements and declarations of pooled units and the units created thereby (including without limitation all units created under orders, regulations and rules of any Governmental Authority) which may affect all or any portion of the Hydrocarbon Interests; (d) all operating agreements, contracts and other agreements, including production sharing contracts and agreements, which relate to any of the Hydrocarbon Interests or the production, sale, purchase, exchange or processing of Hydrocarbons from or attributable to such Hydrocarbon Interests; (e) all Hydrocarbons in and under and which may be produced and saved or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests, including all oil in tanks, and all rents, issues, profits, proceeds, products, revenues and other incomes from or attributable to the Hydrocarbon Interests; (f) all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and Properties in any manner appertaining, belonging, affixed or incidental to the Hydrocarbon Interests and (g) all Properties, rights, titles, interests and estates described or referred to above, including any and all Property, real or personal, now owned or hereinafter acquired and situated upon, used, held for use or useful in connection with the operating, working or development of any of such Hydrocarbon Interests or Property (excluding drilling rigs, automotive equipment, rental equipment or other personal Property which may be on such premises for the purpose of drilling a well or for other similar temporary uses) and including any and all oil xxxxx, gas xxxxx, injection xxxxx or other xxxxx, buildings, structures, fuel separators, liquid extraction plants, plant compressors, pumps, pumping units, field gathering systems, tanks and tank batteries, fixtures, valves, fittings, machinery and parts, engines, boilers, meters, apparatus, equipment, appliances, tools, implements, cables, wires, towers, casing, tubing and rods, surface leases, rights-of-way, easements and servitudes together with all additions, substitutions, replacements, accessions and attachments to any and all of the foregoing.

  • Tanks has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(b).

  • Contaminants or "pollutants," or words of similar import, under any Environmental Law and (c) any other substance exposure to which is regulated under any Environmental Law.

  • Hydrocarbons means oil, gas, casinghead gas, drip gasoline, natural gasoline, condensate, distillate, liquid hydrocarbons, gaseous hydrocarbons and all products refined or separated therefrom.

  • Counterfeit substance means a controlled substance which, or the container or labeling of which, without authorization, bears the trademark, trade name, or other identifying mark, imprint, number or device, or any likeness thereof, of a manufacturer, distributor, or dispenser other than the person who in fact manufactured, distributed, or dispensed the substance.

  • Harmful substance means any substance which, if introduced into the sea, is liable to create hazards to human health, to harm living resources and marine life, to damage amenities or to interfere with other legitimate uses of the sea, and includes any substance subject to control by the present Convention.

  • Underground storage tank system means an underground storage tank and the connected underground piping, underground ancillary equipment, and containment system, if any.
