scheduled substance definition

scheduled substance means any medicine or other substance included in any Schedule to the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 2003 (Act No. 13 of 2003);
scheduled substance means any medicine or other substance classified as such in terms of section 29(1)(a) of the Medicines and Related Substances Control Act, 2003 (Act No, 13 of 2003);
scheduled substance means controlled substances included in schedules II, III, or IV of the schedules designated in K.S.A 65-4107, 65-4109 and 65-4111, and amendments thereto, respectively, or the federal controlled substances act (21 U.S.C. § 812).
