Universal Belted. (Integral Universal Belted Enhanced Child Restraint System) is a category of Enhanced Child Restraint System primarily designed to be attached only by the adult safety-belt in all universal seating positions of a vehicle, as defined and approved according to UN Regulation No. 16.
