Universal Group definition

Universal Group means Universal, Universal Sub and the Universal Newcos.
Universal Group means Parent and its Subsidiaries, excluding the UACL Subsidiaries; provided that in the event Immaterial Subsidiaries, Parent and Foreign Subsidiaries, collectively, represent more than five percent (5%) of Combined EBITDA, “Universal Group” means the Borrowers and the Guarantors of Payment under this Agreement.
Universal Group has the meaning given to such term in the Existing Credit Agreement, including the definitions that are incorporated into such definition.

Universal Group. Universal (and any other corporation, partnership or otherwise) which directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Universal and whether presently in existence or created hereunder.
