University Board Chairperson definition

University Board Chairperson means the Chairperson of the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees or his or her designee. In Section 1.1(cc) below, “University Board Chairperson” means the Board Chairperson of the Northern Michigan University Board of Trustees.
