University Education Program or Activity definition

University Education Program or Activity means locations, events, or circumstances over which the University exercises substantial control over the respondent and the context in which Sexual Harassment occurs and includes any building owned or controlled by a Registered Student Organization as that term is defined in Section 3-2-203(12) of the University Regulations.
