Rules of Interpretation and Convention In this Agreement, unless the context requires otherwise: headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation; the singular includes the plural and conversely; a reference to any statute, rule, regulation or policy includes any amendment, and any statute, rule, regulation or policy replacing it; all computations and payments made under this Agreement shall be in United States dollars. To determine the U.S. dollar value of transactions conducted in non-United States currencies on any particular day, the parties shall use the exchange rate for that currency as reported in the Wall Street Journal in the most recently published edition prior to the date of the transaction; and all notices, reports, and other documents and instruments that a party elects or is required to deliver to the other party must be in English.
