University Program or Activity definition

University Program or Activity means locations, events, or circumstances over which the University exercised substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which Prohibited Conduct is alleged to have occurred, and also includes any buildings owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by the University.
University Program or Activity means any activity or program on or off-campus which is hosted, sponsored, authorized, or supervised by the university.
University Program or Activity means (i) a place or event where Fisk University exercises substantial control over the Respondent and the circumstances in which the Title IX Prohibited Conduct occurred and (ii) a place or event that occurs on University-owned property or property owned or controlled by a Student organization officially recognized by the University.

  • A University Program or Activity includes locations, events or circumstances over which the University exercises substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which the Title IX Prohibited Conduct occurs, and includes any building (including off-campus buildings) owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by the University.

  • Program or activity means all of the operations of any entity described in paragraphs (m)(1) through (4) of this section, any part of which is extended Federal financial assistance:
