University Program or Activity definition
University Program or Activity or “Program or Activity” means locations, events, or circumstances over which the university exercises substantial control over both the Respondent and the context in which conduct constituting Sexual Misconduct or another type of Discrimination or Retaliation, occurs. University Program or Activity includes any building (or grounds) owned or controlled by a student organization that is officially recognized by the university, including sponsored and affiliated organizations as defined in Rule R6-401A and activities occurring in such locations.
University Program or Activity means any activity or program on or off-campus which is hosted, sponsored, authorized, or supervised by the university.
