Unlimited Access Period definition

Unlimited Access Period means the period from and including 8:00 A.M. Local Time on July 14, 2012 through and including 8:00 a.m. Local Time on the day following the last day on which Convention proceedings take place.
Unlimited Access Period means the period from and including 8:00 A.M. Local Time on the later of (i) May 24, 2020, or (ii) one day after the last 2020 regular season or playoff home game played by the Milwaukee Bucks in the National Basketball Association in the Venue Licensed Premises, through and including 8:00 a.m. Local Time on the day following the last day on which Convention proceedings take place.

  • During the Unlimited Access Period, the Host Committee shall cause the Media Workspace to be cleaned as necessary to assure that all facilities, spaces and rooms in the Media Workspace are clean, presentable and in good order.

  • In the event there is any damage or injury to the Licensed Premises or any portion thereof as a result of a fire or other casualty, at any time from the date of this Arena License Agreement to the conclusion of the Unlimited Access Period, Arena Company shall immediately notify the Host Committee and DNCC in writing of such event, describing the circumstances of the fire or other casualty, and the estimated time it will take to complete the repairs.

  • During the Unlimited Access Period, including the Convention Period, Arena Company shall provide security within the Licensed Premises at all points inside the secured entrances to the Licensed Premises at no cost to the DNCC to assist in securing property, equipment, and supplies.

  • During the Unlimited Access Period, the DNCC shall have the exclusive right, at any time that the DNCC or other persons (including media) approved by the DNCC shall determine in its sole discretion, to enter and use all portions of the Licensed Premises (except the Excluded Areas) for construction, installation, organization and all other activities related to the Convention, for the conduct of the Convention and for dismantling, removal, and restoration of facilities and equipment thereafter.

  • DNCC and the Host Committee shall have the right to close any concession stand or food court during the Unlimited Access Period, in consultation with Arena Company, and DNCC shall have the right, to be exercised in consultation with Arena Company, to limit the menu of food and beverages served during the Unlimited Access Period by any concession stand or food court.

  • All Alterations may be made only from and after the commencement of the Unlimited Access Period unless Arena Company otherwise agrees.

  • During the Unlimited Access Period, the schedule for use of such services and facilities by any party shall be coordinated through Arena Company’s operations department, the Construction Manager, the Host Committee’s operations manager and the person designated by the DNCC to manage onsite operations at the Arena (the “DNCC’s Hall Manager”).

  • The Host Committee and DNCC shall have the right to place and maintain, during the Unlimited Access Period, in the applicable portions of the Licensed Premises, such signs, letterings and displays as are incident and relate to the conduct of the Convention.

  • Such writing (or reasons provided orally) shall be provided to the Construction Manager on the Licensed Premises or, if such individual is not on the Licensed Premises, the disapproval notice shall, during the Unlimited Access Period, be delivered to a site on the Licensed Premises designated for such purposes by the Host Committee and, during the Limited Access Period, to a person designated by the Host Committee and DNCC.

  • Prior to the commencement of the Unlimited Access Period, the Host Committee, the DNCC, the Joint Representative and the Construction Manager shall conduct an inspection of the Licensed Premises (“Initial Walk-through”) for the purpose of memorializing the Original Condition.

Related to Unlimited Access Period

  • Access Period has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(a).

  • Effectiveness Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

  • Shelf Effectiveness Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.

  • Class Period means the period from March 29, 2015 to and including October 15, 2020.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • Subsequent Reset Date means the date or dates specified in the applicable Final Terms;

  • PAGA Period means the period from May 10, 2022, through May 21, 2023.

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period shall begin on the Effective Date and continue for a period of 3 months following the Effective Date. Commencing with the Effective Date and at all times during the Ramp Period thereafter, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits set forth herein and will not be subject to the AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): $360,000 in Total Service Charges (“AVC”) during each contract year of the Term (following the expiration of the Ramp Period).

  • Non-Access Person means and include:

  • Cover Period means the period from the cover start date to the cover end date.

  • Shelf Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(b).

  • Shelf Suspension Period See Section 3(a) hereof.

  • First Reset Date means the date specified in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement, as applicable;

  • SOFR Reset Date means each United States Government Securities Business Day during the relevant Interest Period, provided however that if both a SOFR Index Cessation Event and a SOFR Index Cessation Date have occurred, it shall mean: (i) in respect of the period from, and including, the first day of the Interest Period in which the SOFR Index Cessation Date falls (such Interest Period, the ‘Affected Interest Period’) to, but excluding the SOFR Index Cessation Date (such period, the ‘Partial SOFR Period’), each United States Government Securities Business Day during the Partial SOFR Period; (ii) in respect of the period from, and including, the SOFR Index Cessation Date to, but excluding, the Interest Payment Date in respect of the Affected Interest Period (such period, the ‘Partial Fallback Period’), each New York City Banking Day during the Partial Fallback Period; and (iii) in respect of each Interest Period subsequent to the Affected Interest Period, each New York City Banking Day during the relevant Interest Period; and

  • Wind-Down Period is defined in Section 12.5 of this Agreement.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Original Term means the period from the Commencement Date until the end of the fiscal year of Lessee in effect at such Commencement Date.

  • Limited access highway means a highway:

  • Lock-up Period means the period beginning on the date hereof and continuing through the close of trading on the date that is 90 days after the date of the Prospectus (as defined in the Underwriting Agreement).

  • Use Period means the period commencing on the date that the ABL Agent or an agent acting on its behalf (or an ABL Credit Party acting with the consent of the ABL Agent) commences the liquidation and sale of the ABL Priority Collateral in a manner as provided in Section 3.6 hereof (having theretofore furnished the Controlling Term Agent with an Enforcement Notice) and ending 180 days thereafter. If any stay or other order that prohibits any of the ABL Agent, the other ABL Secured Parties or any ABL Credit Party (with the consent of the ABL Agent) from commencing and continuing to Exercise Any Secured Creditor Remedies or from liquidating and selling the ABL Priority Collateral has been entered by a court of competent jurisdiction, such 180-day period shall be tolled during the pendency of any such stay or other order and the Use Period shall be so extended.

  • Initial Fixed Rate Period means the period commencing on the Issue Date and ending on and including June 30, 2020.

  • the works period means the period starting at 20:00 hours on Monday 9th

  • Subsequent Reset Period means the period from (and including) the Second Reset Date to (but excluding) the next Subsequent Reset Date, and each successive period from (and including) a Subsequent Reset Date to (but excluding) the next succeeding Subsequent Reset Date; and

  • Limited access area means a building, room, or other contiguous area upon the Licensed Premises where Retail Marijuana is grown, cultivated, stored, weighed, packaged, sold, or processed for sale, under control of the Licensee.

  • Original Term Loans means the "Term Loans" under, and as defined in, the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Ramp-Up Period means the period from and including the Effective Date to, but excluding, September 23, 2016.
