Unloading and Regasification Slot definition

Unloading and Regasification Slot means a slot allocated to the User for the unloading of the User’s Cargo at the Terminal and the associated send-out of Regasified LNG.

  • The User shall not market, or offer to transfer its rights to, such Unloading and Regasification Slot during the period commencing on the day on which the Operator made publicly available the details of such Unloading and Regasification Slot and ending on the day which is three (3) days after the day on which the Operator made publicly available the details of such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • In addition, Operator has the right, in its sole discretion, to purchase any User’s Inventory remaining in the Terminal in respect of the final Cargo unloaded by the User at the Terminal at the end of the last Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • If the User makes such a transfer, the transferee shall assume the rights and obligations of the User in respect thereof and such Unloading and Regasification Slot shall be deemed to have been deleted from Schedule 1 (Allocated Unloading and Regasification Slots) of this Agreement.

  • With regard to minimum Gas Throughput Charges according to Clause 4.1.2, the difference between the actually delivered quantity and the minimum quantity pursuant to Clause 4.1.2 will be charged in pro rata shares referring to the respective part of the Unloading and Regasification Slot if the Unloading and Regasification Slot does not begin and end in the same month.

  • To the extent that an Event of Force Majeure prevents a Party from performing its obligations in relation to any Unloading and Regasification Slot allocated to the User as set out in Schedule 1 (Allocated Unloading and Regasification Slots), the Parties shall be excused from performing their obligations relating to such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • If the User does not make a notification to the Operator in accordance with this Clause 5.3.2, the User shall be deemed to have notified the Operator that it will not use such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • The User shall use reasonable endeavours to agree with the GPN Operator on Gas entry rights for the GPN that are necessary for the respective send-out profile of each Unloading and Regasification Slot allocated to the User.

  • The Operator shall, on each Gas Day (Day “D”) during an Unloading and Regasification Slot allocated to the User by 10.00 AM local time, notify the User of the User’s Inventory at the end of the previous day (Day D-1) by using the custody transfer measurement system onboard the FSRU.

  • On each Gas Day within an Unloading and Regasification Slot, the User may nominate a quantity of Gas for delivery per day between fifty (50) to five hundred (500) MMscfd, provided that the User’s Inventory equals zero (0) by the end of such Unloading and Regasification Slot.

  • Loading Zone means a parking stall which is set aside for use by commercial vehicles if there is a sign referable to that stall marked ‘Loading Zone’;

  • Processing Plant means plant systems, located on or off the Leased Premises, that include a gas processing plant, natural gasoline plant, gasoline plant, or other plant where raw unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract Raw Mix from the natural gas stream to produce a Pipeline- Quality Natural Gas or Residue Gas and other products, and the Raw Mix is then either (i) separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that meets or conforms to all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product, or (ii) transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product. Any deductions, costs, or processing fees associated with the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids is strictly limited to only that part of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered, and if applicable at that plant, also fractionated to their component parts.

  • Gasification means the substoichiometric oxidation or steam reformation of a substance to produce a gaseous mixture containing two or more of the following: (i) oxides of carbon; (ii) methane; and (iii) hydrogen;

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
