Eligible Products collectively means certain Dell and Dell EMC hardware, software product(s) and services related to the Dell Technologies Client Solutions Group (“CSG”) and Infrastructure Solutions Group (“ISG”) lines of business in the product categories (each an “Eligible Product Category”). Products means information resources technologies that are, or are related to, EIR.
Finished Products means the fully assembled and shrink-wrapped Licensed Products, each including a Game Cartridge, Game Cartridge label and Printed Materials.
Business Products means all products and service offerings of the Business that are or have been, in the two year period prior to the date hereof, made or are currently intended to be made commercially available or otherwise provided or distributed, or under development primarily for the Business, by, for or on behalf of Seller or any of its Affiliates.
Software Products and “Software” are interchangeable and mean software, computer source codes and other computer programs.

Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

Finished Goods means completed goods which require no additional processing or manufacturing to be sold to third party customers by the Loan Parties in the ordinary course of business.
Finished Product means a cannabis product in its final form to be sold at a retail premises.
Merchandise means any personal property offered or sold for use in connection with the funeral, final disposition, memorialization, or interment of human remains, but which is exclusive of interment rights.
