Additional Servicing Expenses means (a) all Property Protection Advances, fees and/or expenses incurred by and reimbursable to any Servicer, Trustee, Certificate Administrator or fiscal agent pursuant to the Servicing Agreement relating solely to the Mortgage Loan, and (b) all interest accrued on Advances made by (x) any Servicer or Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Servicing Agreement or (y) any Non-Lead Servicer or Non-Lead Trustee in accordance with the terms of the Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.
Post-ARD Additional Interest Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, the incremental increase in the Mortgage Rate for such ARD Mortgage Loan resulting from the passage of such Anticipated Repayment Date.
Additional Funding has the meaning prescribed to that term in clause 4.3 of this Agreement.
Additional Fees means, where applicable, those fees and charges for the Additional Goods/Services and additional costs and levies required from time to time and notified to you in advance, to provide adequately for the education and related activities and services provided to your Child/the Student, including but not limited to the costs of extra-curricular activities or special educational needs.
Reasonable Additional Expenses means expenses for meals, taxi fares, essential telephone calls, local transportation, and lodging which are necessarily incurred as the result of Trip Delay and which are not provided by the Common Carrier or any other party free of charge.
Qualifying expenses means the actual costs a relocating employee incurs for relocation expenses, which may include moving costs, closing costs for a primary residence, rental security deposit, one month’s rent payment, and other relocation expenses established in Agency guidelines.
Liquidation Expenses With respect to a Mortgage Loan in liquidation, unreimbursed expenses paid or incurred by or for the account of the Master Servicer or the related Servicers, such expenses including (a) property protection expenses, (b) property sales expenses, (c) foreclosure and sale costs, including court costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees, and (d) similar expenses reasonably paid or incurred in connection with liquidation.
Mandatory Costs means the percentage rate per annum calculated in accordance with Schedule 1.01(b).
Additional Interest Amount means, with respect to Trust Securities of a given Liquidation Amount and/or a given period, the amount of Additional Interest paid by the Depositor on a Like Amount of Notes for such period.
Final Transaction Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(b).
Additional Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.A.
Incremental Costs means all reasonable additional costs properly and reasonably incurred by Network Rail in respect of any modification referred to in paragraph 2.8, being the additional reasonable costs (if any) to Network Rail in respect of its obligation to maintain and operate the Network, but excluding:
Additional Costs has the meaning given that term in Section 4.1.
Breakage Costs shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.3(h) hereof.
Trust Reimbursement Amount As defined in Section 3.06A(a) of this Agreement.
Post-ARD Additional Interest With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan after its Anticipated Repayment Date, all interest accrued on the principal balance of such ARD Mortgage Loan at the Post-ARD Additional Interest Rate (the payment of which interest shall, under the terms of such ARD Mortgage Loan, be deferred until the principal balance of such ARD Mortgage Loan and all other interest thereon has been paid in full), together with all interest, if any, accrued at the related Mortgage Rate on such deferred interest.
Class C Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Additional Servicing Fee means, for any Collection Period, if a successor Servicer has been appointed pursuant to Section 8.2 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement, the amount, if any, by which (i) the compensation payable to such successor Servicer for such Collection Period exceeds (ii) the Monthly Servicing Fee for such Collection Period.
Workout-Delayed Reimbursement Amount As defined in subsection (II)(i) of Section 3.05(a).
Qualifying Expenditures means those expenditures for energy conservation measures that have a simple payback period of not less than one year and not more than 10 years and expenditures for the above-market costs of new renewable energy resources, provided that the Oregon Department of Energy may establish by rule a limit on the maximum above-market cost for renewable energy that is allowed as a credit.
Servicing Advance Reimbursement Amounts As defined in Section 3.22.
Administration Expenses means all fees, disbursements, expenses, costs, taxes and any other amounts incurred or payable by the Plaintiffs, Class Counsel or otherwise for the approval, implementation and operation of this Settlement Agreement, including the costs of notices, but excluding Class Counsel Fees and Class Counsel Disbursements.
Funding Losses has the meaning set forth in Section 2.13(b)(ii).
Additional Fee means a fee, in addition to the licence fee, imposed by the municipality on a business at any time during the term of the licence for costs incurred by the municipality attributable to the activities of the business;
Class B Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
Election expenses means expenses incurred, whether before, during or after the election, on account of, or in respect of, the conduct or management of the election.
