Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls. With respect to the Class A Certificates and any Distribution Date, the aggregate of all Basis Risk Shortfalls for any previous Distribution Dates plus interest accrued for each Interest Accrual Period on such Basis Risk Shortfalls at the Accrual Rate, less all payments made in respect of such Basis Risk Shortfalls on or prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(2).
Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls. With respect to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of all Basis Risk Shortfalls for any previous Distribution Dates plus interest accrued thereon at the Class A Pass-Through Rate in effect from time to time on each such Basis Risk Shortfall less all payments made in respect of such Basis Risk Shortfalls on or prior to such Distribution Date.
Unpaid Basis Risk Shortfalls. For any Distribution Date and any of the Class A1, Class A2, Class A3 Certificates or any Class of Subordinate Certificates, the sum of all Basis Risk Shortfalls for such Class for prior Distribution Dates in respect of which no payment of amounts that would otherwise have been distributed to the Class AX or Class PAX Certificates has been made.

  • Basis Risk Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of LIBOR Certificates, the amount by which the amount of interest calculated at the Certificate Interest Rate applicable to such Class for such date, determined without regard to the Net Funds Cap for such date but subject to a cap equal to the Maximum Interest Rate, exceeds the amount of interest calculated at the Net Funds Cap.

  • Principal Shortfalls shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.04.

  • Unpaid Realized Loss Amount With respect to any Class A Certificates and as to any Distribution Date, is the excess of Applied Realized Loss Amounts with respect to such Class over the sum of all distributions in reduction of the Applied Realized Loss Amounts on all previous Distribution Dates. Any amounts distributed to the Class A Certificates in respect of any Unpaid Realized Loss Amount shall not be applied to reduce the Certificate Principal Balance of such Class.

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Class B Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the class B note interest rate from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Basis Risk Payment For any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (i) the aggregate of the Basis Risk CarryForward Amounts for such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class X Distributable Amount (prior to any reduction for Basis Risk Payments).

  • Class A Note Interest Shortfall means, for any distribution date, the excess of: • the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount on the preceding distribution date, over • the amount of interest actually distributed to the class A noteholders on that preceding distribution date, plus interest on the amount of that excess, to the extent permitted by law, at the interest rate applicable for each related class of notes from that preceding distribution date to the current distribution date.

  • Note Interest Shortfall means, for a Class and a Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of the Accrued Note Interest for the prior Payment Date for the Class over the amount of interest that was paid to the Noteholders of that Class on the prior Payment Date, together with interest on the excess amount, to the extent lawful, at the Note Interest Rate for the Class for that Interest Period.

  • Class B-6 Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class B-6 Interest Shortfall Amounts for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-first of Section 4.01(a).

  • Interest Collections means, (i) with respect to any Loan Asset, all payments and collections attributable to interest on such Loan Asset, including, without limitation, all scheduled payments of interest and payments of interest relating to principal prepayments, all guaranty payments attributable to interest and proceeds of any liquidations, sales, dispositions or securitizations attributable to interest on such Loan Asset and (ii) amendment fees, late fees, waiver fees or other amounts received in respect of Loan Assets.

  • Basis Risk Reserve Fund A fund created as part of the Trust Fund pursuant to Section 5.06 of this Agreement but which is not an asset of any of the REMICs.

  • Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the sum of the Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfalls for all the Classes of Class A Certificates.

  • Finance Charge Collections means Collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Net Simple Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of (a) 30 days’ interest at the weighted average (by principal balance) of the Net Mortgage Rates of the Simple Interest Mortgage Loans as of the first day of the related Due Period, as determined by the Servicer, on the aggregate principal balance of such Simple Interest Mortgage Loans for such Remittance Date, carried to six decimal places, rounded down, and calculated on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months, over (b) the amount of the payments received by the Servicer in the related Due Period allocable to interest in respect of such Simple Interest Mortgage Loans, calculated in accordance with the Simple Interest Method, net of the related Servicing Fees.

  • Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall As to any Distribution Date and any Class of Class A Certificates, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate of the Class A Interest Shortfall Amounts for such Class for prior Distribution Dates is in excess of the amounts distributed in respect of such Class on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a).
