Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall definition

Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the amount, if any, of the Class A Interest Shortfall for the prior Remittance Date, plus accrued interest (to the extent payment thereof is legally permissible) at the related Remittance Rate on the amount thereof from such prior Remittance Date to such current Remittance Date.
Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall means, as to each Class of Class A --------------------------------- Certificates and any Payment Date, the amount, if any, of the Class A Interest Shortfall applicable to such Class for the prior Payment Date, plus one month's interest thereon (to the extent payment thereof is legally permissible) at the related Pass-Through Rate, computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months, except with respect to the Class A-1 ARM Certificates, as to which interest is computed on the basis of actual days elapsed in a year of 360 days.
Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Payment Date, the amount, if any, of the Class A Interest Shortfall applicable to such Class for the prior Payment Date, plus one month's interest thereon (to the extent payment thereof is legally permissible) at the related Pass-Through Rate.

Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of the Unpaid Class A-1 Interest Shortfall and the Unpaid Class A-2 Interest Shortfall.
