Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations definition

Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Commodities Purchase Agreement.
Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations means, as to any Letter of Credit, as at any date of determination, the aggregate amount of all drawings under such Letter of Credit honored by the Agent (or other Issuing Lender) and not theretofore reimbursed by the Borrower.
Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations has the meaning specified in Section 2.3(b).

Unpaid Reimbursement Obligations under and as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.   • Cash Management Obligations means obligations owed by the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary to any Lender or any Affiliate of a Lender in respect of any overdraft and related liabilities arising from treasury, depository and cash management services or any automated clearing house transfers of funds.

  • Unasserted Contingent Obligations means, at any time, Obligations for taxes, costs, indemnifications, reimbursements, damages and other liabilities in respect of which no assertion of liability (whether oral or written) and no claim or demand for payment or indemnification (whether oral or written) has been made or threatened.
