Unqualified Occasional Teacher definition

Unqualified Occasional Teacher means a person who does not have a Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Qualification from the Ontario College of Teachers, approved by the Board for inclusion on an Emergency Unqualified Occasional Teacher List.
