Unregistered Land Transfer definition

Unregistered Land Transfer means a transfer of Mortgages in the form set out in Schedule 3.
Unregistered Land Transfer means a transfer of English Mortgages in the form set out in Schedule 4 or a transfer of Northern Irish Mortgages in the form set out in Schedule 13 (in respect of Property comprising unregistered land in Northern Ireland);

  • Bearer Securities has the meaning given to it in Condition 2.

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Registered Note means a Note in registered form;

  • Company Registered Intellectual Property means all of the Registered Intellectual Property owned by, or filed in the name of, the Company.
